Ark Health and Fitness is seriously one of the best gym communities I’ve ever been a part of. Staff are all incredibly friendly and approachable and the members are all so welcoming to any newbies. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone who’s looking to focus on their health and fitness!

Honestly, I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else. The coaches are approachable, helpful and encouraging, the members are welcoming, supportive and have become like family!The programming is one of the best I have ever experienced! I have been able to continue exercising through injury, knee surgery and during pregnancy with never ending support and encouragement, not once did I feel like I didn’t belong or like my adjustments/scaling was a disruption or inconvenience. My kids love hanging out in the crèche area and playing with all the other kids!

I went to Ark for 4 or 5 months. Unfortunately my work schedule and other commitments made it difficult to attend and I had to stop, but I had a great time while I was there. CK, Jess and Fleur were my trainers at that time and they were all genuine, dedicated and approachable, and their bubbly personalities as well as the way the routines were structured made it a fun way to train and something to really look forward to.

I've been attending Gym's for roughly 20years across WA and Victoria and I can honestly say I have never experienced a community like Ark. Their culture, support, encouragement, inspiration is like non other. Whether your a 5.30am workout person like myself or an afternoon or evening sess is your thing, you will be welcomed, supported and encouraged with open arms.
