My friends bought me a gift voucher for my fortieth from this place, i was diagnosed with type 1 daibetes and had high blood pressure. I had never been to a gym or lefted any weights before. with the help of my trainer i have managed to lose 13 kilos in 7 months and i am not daibetic anymore. i still have high blood pressure but i think that runs in my family.i would have never been able to achieve what i have here if i had just joined a gym. After six months of training with a personal trainer twice a week and doing light cardio on my own twice a week, i joined a gym and i am confident enough to do a workout on my own.I still train with my trainer once a week and train on my own 3 times per week. best thing ever happened to me, thank you guys for fixing my lifestyle.
