Air Yoga Alfresco

Kerri-Ann's classes are so much fun and suitable for everyone. She is very good at modifying the exercises to suit different levels of fitness. I have noticed a big improvement in my strength and flexibility. The yoga cat is so cute and it is beautiful doing Air Yoga by the pool. Such a fun way to stay fit.

First time trying something like this and wow it was such a great experience. I felt at home right away, Bali vibes throughout and such a warm and welcoming introduction into the silks.In the past when doing yoga I get a bit confused with the movements but with Kerri- and her lovely calming, patient nature; she explained everything, where I should be feeling the stretch, every pose, every breath, every movement clearly so that I felt like I actually knew what I was doing and I felt safe the entire time.Air yoga is certainly a thing to try, a wonderful experience! It tests you out in different areas of strength, it’s a bit of a giggle (for beginners at least) and I left there feeling really rather zen!Thanks! Can’t wait to come back with friends to share the experience!
